The room is part of a 2-bed, 2-bath unit, featuring an ensuite washer/dryer and 2 spacious balconies. AC units are included - one in the room and one in the common living space. Other amenities in the building include 2 gyms, a rooftop patio, a business center, a games room, and 24-hour concierge service.

The building is located near the SFU Surrey campus and is a 5-minute walk to Surrey Central Skytrain station and Walmart.

There will be one other person living here and have their own room and bathroom. The shared spaces are the living room and kitchen. Your roommate has a master’s degree from UBC Engineering and is working as a full-time consultant. She is friendly and keeps the shared spaces clean and tidy.
