🏡 WHY YOU’LL LOVE THE PLACE ? The flat is spacious with a big living room, a nice all equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a little outside patio for the sunny days. Cool location : laurier/papineau. 1 min walk to Laurier street. There you have grocery stores, SAQ, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as Laurier park by walking distance (free swimming pool in summer and free ice rink in winter!). 12 min walk to Laurier metro station, 5 min walk to 2 bixi station and bus 47 & 45 almost at the door. 5 min walk to café Orr the best coffee place in Montréal. Your bedroom has a closet. Room is not furnished but the previous flatmate he left the mattress, a chair and a chest of drawers.

🛌 YOUR ROOM? Your bedroom has a built-in closet. The room is unfurnished but the previous roommates can sell (new mattress+frame, desk, shelf, nightstand).

👀 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ? Someone in their mid-twenties/early thirties, open-minded, easy-going and ready to share good times with us but who also has their own friends and independence, and is actively working or studying. 🏡 POURQUOI VOUS ALLEZ ADORER CE LIEU ? L’appartement est spacieux avec un grand séjour, une belle cuisine toute équipée, 2 salles de bain et un petit patio extérieur pour les beaux jours. Emplacement sympa : laurier/papineau. À 1 min à pied de la rue Laurier. Vous y avez des épiceries, SAQ, cafés, bars et restaurants ainsi que le parc Laurier à distance de marche (piscine gratuite en été et patinoire gratuite en hiver!). À 12 min à pied du métro Laurier, à 5 min à pied des 2 stations bixi et des bus 47 & 45 presque à la porte. À 5 min à pied du café Orr le meilleur café de Montréal.

🛌 TA CHAMBRE ? Votre chambre a un placard intégré. La chambre n’est pas meublée mais le colocataire précédent peut vendre (matelas neuf+cadre, bureau, étagère, table de chevet). Il ne s’agit pas des meubles sur les photos.

👀 QUI RECHERCHONS-NOUS ? Un personne entre mi-vingtaine/début trentaine, ouvert d’esprit, facile à vivre et prêt à partager de bons moments avec nous mais qui a aussi ses propres amis et son indépendance, et qui travaille ou étudie activement. Quelqu’un qui est respectueux de l’espace et des gens, propre, et qui fait sa part pour l’appartement. On est LGBTQIA+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧
