NEW FLATMATE WANTED IN LAURIER/PAPINEAU STREET - 550$ rent (+70$ hydro and wifi) - Hi there ! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our appartment in Laurier neighborhood (#teamplateau ) starting 1th of August. In-person interviews only.

🏡 WHY YOU’LL LOVE THE PLACE ? The flat is spacious with a big living room, a nice all equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a little outside patio for the sunny days. Cool location : laurier/papineau. 1 min walk to Laurier street. There you have grocery stores, SAQ, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as Laurier park by walking distance (free swimming pool in summer and free ice rink in winter!). 12 min walk to Laurier metro station, 5 min walk to 2 bixi station and bus 47 & 45 almost at the door. Your bedroom has a closet. Room is not furnished but the previous flatmate can sell some (bed+frame, desk, shelf for 150$). 5 min walk to café Orr the best coffee place in Montréal.

👀 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ? A guy or girl between 25-31 yo who is openminded, easygoing and up for sharing some good moments with us but who also have their own friends and independance, and that is actively working or studying. Someone who is respectful with the space and people, clean, and that does their part for the flat.
