Old house in maple ridge located near the rapid bus bus stop, and a five minute walk to value village and save on foods. It is a rancher house with a very very large back yard and solarium for bbq and eating. Nice carpeted living room. Shared bathroom and kitchen but i have my own ensuite, only use other bathroom for shower. There are two small but comfortable bedrooms available that already have beds and dressers.

i am a 22 yr old girl and i live here with my dad, i work full time and he does as well and we keep to ourselves. I am an artist and musician. My dad also enjoys music and has his own seperate area of the house so he only comes in for cooking and showering. Very cannabis friendly no worries about smoking. We are very laid back, just need a room mate or two to help us out!
