I have a 2 bedroom one bath condo near Merecroft shopping center in Campbell River. I am seeking a long term roomate to share the space. This is a 55 plus building so under age 55 is not allowed. Ideal situation for someone who is without a car as it is walking distance to shopping, pool and theater. Internet, insuite laundry are included.

I am mostly retired but still work a bit. I am not a smoker and I drink some. I expect a tenant to be a non smoker. There is no smoking on the property. Tenant has access to the kitchen, laundry and living room. There is outdoor parking available. The occaisional guest is ok. There is no provision for overnight guests. References are required.
