The townhouse is shared with the homeowners (a couple) and one cat.

Looking for someone clean, quiet, mature, and respectful.

No smoking, parties, or drug use. No overnight guests. Single occupancy (1 person) only.

Suitable for students and working professionals. Not suitable for those working mostly from home.

Before the move-in date, the first and last months’ rent, as well as reference and credit checks, are required.

ABOUT THE ROOM:

• Rent includes a furnished bedroom with a private bathroom and a furnished living area (located on the second floor). Bedding, pillows, and towels are/can be provided.

• Bi-weekly professional cleaning is included.

• Shared washer and dryer available in the basement.

• Shared entry area, kitchen area, and living room on the first floor.

• The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and consists mostly of families.

• Located between two major intersections, Keele & Wilson and Keele & Sheppard.

• A short walking distance to Downsview Park and the Stanley Greene community park that has tennis and basketball courts and an outdoor gym.

• Running and biking paths throughout the neighborhood.

• One bus to multiple subway stations (including the GO Train) and bus stop to Downsview Park and Wilson Subway Stations is located around the corner.

A 10-minute bus ride to Downsview Park Subway Station and GO Train Station, A 15-minute bus ride to Wilson Subway Station, or a 20-minute bus ride to Finch West Subway Station (times are estimated).
