• 5 minute bus to McMaster and 20 minute walk
• The room is $575/month all inclusive
• There are two washrooms and two kitchens, one on either floor.
• On-site laundry with no additional cost

Roommates are all very friendly and clean McMaster Students (students preferred but non-students are welcome!)
