We are conveniently located close to the airport yet not on the flight paths so you rarely hear the sounds of planes. The front of the house faces greenspace area with trees, and we’re in a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood. This is a non-smoking home.

The house is officially a bungalow but there are 2 steps from the driveway up into the house, and 2 steps from the front entrance/living room area to the kitchen and dining room/main floor.

Our open concept home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, central forced-air heating, air conditioning, a private backyard with a patio, attached garage, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ outside.
On the main floor is the open kitchen with counter top eating area for informal meals, and a dining room table for more formal meals. There is a family/TV room will Bell Fibe and Netflix/prime access on the large screen TV. Off the kitchen are large patio doors leading to the side yard and the back garden which includes a family of cardinals who frequently.

On the lower level are two more bedrooms, a large TV/exercise room, a full bathroom, and Sauna. For safety, there are two egress windows in case of emergency.

Our home is centrally located in a quiet residential neighbourhood about a 20-30 minute drive to anywhere in the city. You will find all the conveniences located close by. This includes restaurants, coffee shops, banks, grocery stores, hospitals, pharmacies, liquor store, gas stations, medical clinics, laboratories, drycleaners, and health food stores.
