Private room in a very clean, quiet, smoke free, and well kept 3 bedroom bungalow. The closest major intersection is Avenue and Hespeler. Close to bus stops and grocery stores. It’s furnished with a double sized bed, dresser, small wardrobe and closet. The house has gardens and a front and back deck to enjoy through the summer. Access to washer and drier, parking for 1 vehicle. Only women will be considered at this time. Please note : I will only consider those who are trustworthy, respectful, and are ok with large dogs. Respect for privacy will go both ways.
