Parking is available in the condo for $100 monthly if you’re interested.

Well-connected and convenient location: Islington Station and Sobeys are right across the road, and No Frills is a 10-minute bus ride away. Walmart, Ikea, and Shoppers are nearby as well (10-15 minutes by bus).

I’ll be at the apartment for a good portion of the day as I work from home. I tend to be out on the weekends and at times host friends for a lunch/dinner (I will inform you!).

I consider myself to be pretty easy going and respectful of personal space. I value cleanliness, respect, clear communication and common courtesy. I keep the apartment fairly quiet and live a low-key yet social lifestyle.
