We have a room available for rent in our 2-bedroom apartment, which comes with fantastic amenities such as a gym, pool, and both wet and dry saunas. You’ll have your own bathroom, and the room has a large closet and a separate AC/heating system for personalized comfort. The main area is furnished, and we have a balcony with seating. Additionally, the apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher.

The location is very convenient, with various transit options nearby, including buses, streetcars, and a subway station. For added safety, the building has a front desk concierge/security service. It’s a pet-friendly building, though unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats due to allergies.

Utilities like gas and water are included, but Wi-Fi and hydro are not included and will be split among all the roommates. There is also an available storage unit for an extra $150 a month and an available Parking spot available for an additional $150 a month.

We prefer a month-to-month lease but are open to discussion. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out!
