The basement suite will be your own private haven perfect for studying, or just relaxing after a hard day of work. It is furnished, with lots of floor space. It has it’s own bathroom, fridge & storage area, love seat, chair, murphy bed (folds into the wall cabinet), desk & chair and extra closet space.
The shared kitchen and laundry room are always kept very clean, so it is welcoming to go into. Cleanliness is top priority!
If you drive, then there is a space for your car on the driveway. If not, no problem! The bus stop is right outside the unit and it is a short ride to Tuscany station.
