I own a 3 bedroom home that I am single 50 year old Asian male and living in the house. I’m a truck driver hauling chemical tankers. The home is furnished and has a bed for yourself and a bathroom you won’t share with me. When I am home I usually am a home body and spend most my time resting and watching tv. I have a maid service also clean the house once a month or more depending and it will be included but I still require non smokers and a clean lifestyle. Internet and utilities are included but please respect the usage. I have laundry machines in the house as well. All you need is personal clothes and bedding. I have a 32inch smart tv for you to use in your room or spare room.

It will be just myself and you. I am not looking to fill all the spare rooms so the 3rd bedroom is also open for you to use as a private room to relax if you want. I am looking for under a year term and maybe more if we have a good relationship living with each other. No smokers and no pets. No outside smoking either. No vape.
