One furnished top floor room now available. Large house in the Fairfield Island area of Chilliwack. The home backs onto local park and we share the sunny kitchen and patio. Big treed south facing backyard and garden areas, smart tv, laundry, high speed wifi, and street parking. No couples. Super comfy pillow top queen bed. 6 month stay or longer preferred. 20 min walk to buses. Vehicle likely preferred as Chilliwack is pretty spread out. Option to work off some rent in trade for general housecleaning is available. No cigarette smokers or partiers and no random overnight guests. It’s a clean and bright place to rest and recharge for your work day. Shared bathroom. Clean up after yourself. Proof of employment or full time enrolment required. Month to month. Well behaved cat welcomed.

I am a professional working from home most days. I spend alot of my spare time with my horse and enjoy cooking and gardening. My roomies are initially guests in my home and then we become friends. House shared with myself and two other respectful and nice roomies. Everyone appreciates the bright, quiet and safe home and for the most part does there own thing.
