One furnished top floor room available Jan 16th. Large house in the Fairfield Island area of Chilliwack. The home backs onto local park and we share the sunny kitchen and patio. Big treed south facing backyard and garden areas, smart tv, laundry, high speed wifi, and street parking. No couples. Super comfy pillow top queen bed. 6 month stay or longer preferred. 20 min walk to buses. Vehicle likely preferred as Chilliwack is pretty spread out. Option to work off some rent in trade for general housecleaning is available. No cigarette smokers or partiers and no random overnight guests. It’s a clean and bright place to rest and recharge for your work day. Shared bathroom. Clean up after yourself. Proof of employment or full time enrolment required. Month to month. As we recently lost our resident cat, one well behaved cat is negotiable.

I am a professional working from home part time. I spend alot of my spare time with my horse and enjoy cooking and gardening. My roomies are initially guests in my home and then we become friends. House shared with myself and two other respectful and nice roomies.
