Rafael's room

2-bedroom basement suite located in Main Street, Saskatoon! Close to the University of Saskatchewan (~20 min walking distance), and close to supermarkets (Save on Foods, Sobeyes) and 8th Street.

The bedroom in the picture is available for rent (including furniture). The other bedroom is being occupied by me.

All utilities included. No smoking or pets allowed.

The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared spaces, so it is expected to keep them clean and organized. There is a washing and drying machine that we share with the tenants upstairs (they are responsible for the garden during Summer).

We will share the chores in the house, and we are responsible for snow shoveling during winter.

Moving is either middle of July (paying half-month rent) or the beginning of August.

About me: quiet, polite, and respectful. I like video games, writing, movies, books, and tabletop games. I am more of an introverted type of person, and I spend most of the time in my room when I am in the house. Recently graduated from USask, living in Canada for the past 3 years, originally from Brazil.

I like keeping things organized and clean.

I will meet up with potential flatmates to see if we get along before deciding. I had a great flatmate, who unfortunately is leaving Saskatoon, looking for someone else that I can get along well.
