Looking for female only . 1 room available with a shared bathroom (only sparingly for holidays) in the upper portion (loft) of a newly built bungalow. Furnished with bed, side tables and lamp. Duvet and sheets and towels included if need. 1 parking spot available only. 1 person per room, ideally a student needing housing for the school year or ski season employees. Near Hurontario and Poplar and close to Georgian College and downtown Collingwood. Friendly dog lives in the home so must be comfortable with this. Needs to be clean and quiet person, non smoker of any kind.

Professional mom with a golden doodle. Works from home and is clean, quiet and respectful. Adult children may visit occasionally and use the second bedroom upstairs (23/19 yr olds)
