Two bedroom condo in the heart of Langford. One available unfurnished bedroom with carpeted floors and a small closet. Main area of bedroom is 8x10ft, with the window nook being 3x5ft, which is big enough to fit a queen bed if you’d like to put it there! Private full bathroom, high ceilings, large kitchen with lots of available cabinet space, some extra room in shared living area to accommodate furniture. In unit washer/dryer, indoor basement parking spot and a balcony I barely touch you could take over. Within walking distance to necessities, shops and several bus stops and routes (including to downtown, Sooke and Royal Roads). I do not have approval for dogs, but could potentially house a cat.

I’m a young (23), full time working professional as a linecook (but I don’t cook very much at home). I’m quiet, prefer to keep to myself, and tend to be most active at home just after midday and just after midnight due to my work schedule and am therefore regularly out during the evenings. I like reading, gaming, manga, drawing and music and spend most of my free time on my hobbies. I really prioritize rooming with someone I can get along with and communicate with well, and am price/time flexible for the right fit (but we don’t need to be best friends). I don’t bring many guests over, other than my boyfriend who lives out of country for school who will come visit me :]. Not a partier, I prefer not to have hard drugs in my space.
