The house is very close to Avenue Road and all its restaurants, grocery stores, and shops; and near to buses, and the York Mills and Wilson TTC Subway stations, and to the 401. The property is large and heavily-treed, with patios in both the east and west yards; as well as a charcoal bbq and glider in the west yard.

I am a divorced mature man, with my children living on their own, and I am living on my own, in my artsy 3-storey, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, house. My other tenants, a nice family, live on the other side of my duplex, in their 2-storey, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, suite…..
My bedroom and en-suite bathroom are on the 2nd floor, at the other end of my suite from your available Lower Level (half above-ground basement) bedroom, and the kitchen, bathroom, and dining / study / work / living……… I plan to possibly renovate to make the direct Lower Level entrance larger and nicer, but for now, you and I would be entering the suite by the same ground floor door.
I would want a tenant who is preferably: in college / university / grad-school / trade-school, and/or, who is starting and building their career; and, who is responsible, tidy, goal-oriented, trustworthy, financially-reliable, easy-going, maybe multilingual, and more. Thanks for your interest !
