Utilities: Utilities and internet are split 50% with upstairs.

Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, stove, ample cabinet storage, and a window.

Shared Laundry: The laundry room is downstairs and is currently shared. There are existing hook-ups in the mechanical room which we plan on installing a washer and dryer so this can be separated.

Storage: There is plenty of storage inside the mechanical room.

Parking: There is plenty of street parking available.

Location: This suite is located close to Mount Royal University, Glenmore Reservoir, Grey Eagle Casino, and Westhills. It’s also a short 15-minute drive to the University of Calgary and downtown.
