About the room
(Only one of the rooms is shown as its the only I had photos of but they both look pretty much the same)
There are going to be 2 rooms available from the 1st of September on a yearly lease. The place is a basement suite with a private entrance. There are 3 rooms total, and all are around 10ftx10ft with large closets.
The bathroom is shared, but split up nicely with 2 sinks and separate rooms for the toilet and shower. The kitchen has lots of places to put things, a dishwasher, an island, and a massive microwave. Living room/ open area has a couch and a tv, but we made do without a table. And theres in-unit laundry with a spacious laundry room that doubles as a storage room. Theres also a spot for a car in the back and lots of street parking.
Wifi will probably need to be resetup by september but will hopefully be around $30 each for good internet. Water averages around $30 a month as well. Epcor is the wild one and can range from $50-$80.
About the roomies
Hi Jade, Im 20 years old and I am a student at the uofa. Im technically going into my fourth year but I took a semester off so I am moreso in my third year. Ive been living in this place for 1 year and so far I have mostly kept to myself with my previous roommates, but it would really be great to be friends with my roommates.
When I find people for the rooms, we will have to all sign a collective lease together from Sep 1st to Aug 31st 2025, as set by the landlord.
