What we are looking for is a long term tenant that wants to thrive and grow, not just exist in a bubble in a rented room. This is a quiet residential family neighbourhood with a very low crime rate, and expect any new tenant to reflect on the area where we live in. We do NOT attract attention to this house in any manner and it will not be tolerated.

We have 2 Chihuahua’s here, both are under 10lbs so a pet friendly person is better off here. We will not be accepting any new pets unless they are in a cage or aquarium.
