One bedroom is upstairs next to a full bath that would be shared with another renter. The second bedroom is in the lower part of the house next to a shared half bath and living space with a TV and fireplace. Each room is fully furnished (bed, dresser, side-table). Renters are welcome to access a large backyard and hot tub. The kitchen, laundry, and entry would be shared. We expect all renters to clean up after themselves and respect each other’s privacy. Parking is available. Utilities are included (high-speed internet, hydro).

As the father of a 14-year-old daughter, who lives with me part-time, I am seeking to rent out a couple of rooms in our peaceful and secure single-dwelling home. Ideally, I would like to welcome 2 female college students. We have a friendly cat who loves pets and cuddles. Our home is nestled in the tranquil Valley View area, just a stone’s throw away from a large park. You’ll find North Island College, the Aquatic Centre, and a grocery store within easy reach on a bus route.
