Private 1 bedroom (unfurnished) 1 bathroom, in shared 2 bedroom basement suite for $950. *Note: I am just the roommate living in the other private bedroom. If I find you compatible and you visit the place, you will still have to contact the Property Manager about the lease, as the Landlords do not speak English. We will be on separate leases.

Near multiple bus stops, all buses going to Coquitlam Central Station. Buses pass by Lafarge Lake Station and Coquitlam Centre, and some by Lincoln Station. 20min walk to closest station, Lafarge Lake. 15min walk to Douglas College Coquitlam Campus.

*Note: Basement suite is under family with young energetic kids. They can be noisy at certain hours, but not all day.

Hi! I’m Mia, and I’m a 28yo women. I’m usually home quite a bit, but I keep to myself in my room. I am a bit of a nerd and like to play D&D and videogames. I also like to cook, but I do my best to air out the kitchen, and I try and not use up too much time. I just prefer someone who knows how to keep the shared spaces relatively clean, and someone who knows how to clean the lint out of the dryer. The only time you might hear me in my room, while you’re out in the shared space (since the walls are thin), is if I’m talking to my friends online, but it only happens once or twice a week, and I try and stop before 11pm. I’m quite shy and silent, but I don’t mind talking to people!
