We live in a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in the Golden Triangle Area, right off the Rideau Canal on Frank street. The apartment features in unit laundry, a parking spot, a storage unit, a balcony, AC/heating, kitchen/breakfast nook, living room, and dining room. The apartment, which is in a quiet and well kept building, is fully furnished, but we are happy to accommodate someone else’s furniture in unit, or in the storage unit. We are perfectly located, we are 10 minutes walking distance from the University of Ottawa and the uOttawa O-train station, under 10 minutes to Elgin Street, 30 minutes from Landsdowne, and a 20 minute walk to downtown Ottawa. All shopping amenities (e.g., grocery, pharmacy, etc.) are all accessible by walking as well. We are surrounded by nature and the apartment offers lots of natural light, with a view of the Rideau Canal from our front windows. Your room would have access to the balcony, controlled heating, and a closet. We are looking for someone to move in for 01 August 2024 or 01 September 2024, rent is $1,117 each plus internet (approximately $35 each, water and hydro are included).
