Has an eat-in kitchen so dining room is set up as a 2nd living room. Main level has been furnished but open to rearranging depending what furniture you have. Can provide a double bed, dresser, nighttable etc for bedroom if needed or use your own. Large driveway + on-street parking, laundry in basement. Dog and 420 friendly. Previous roommate moved out a while back, bedroom has been updated with new potlights on dimmer, now looking for new roommate - likely we’ll get along if you speak geek or construction, like hiking or cycling, are into photography, reading, movies, or video games, enjoy craft beers or ciders, like playing poker, board games or gardening, are in your 30s or early 40s. (edit Not suitable for someone who works from home all the time due to updates/renos that remain to be completed in 3rd bedroom/porch)
