Hi, We are a family of 3 people with 3 dogs (Tibetan Terriers). We love animals, love to travel, and always go to one of the parks in Maple Ridge on weekends. We lead a healthy lifestyle (no smoking or drinking) and prefer to walk in the park instead of hosting a noisy party. Therefore, our house is a quiet place with no parties or small children; you can definitely relax here! Of course, our dogs can sometimes bark, but this does not happen often, and one of the dogs is a therapy dog. Our house is located in a quiet area of Silver Valley, this is the northern part of Maple Ridge, close to the mountains. Not far from us is the Hemlock ski resort, and it is only a 30-minute drive to reach downtown Vancouver. Near the house, there is a parking space but if you do not have a car, then the bus stop is close by on the next street. Your property will have a basement of 2 bedroom suites with a separate entrance, a kitchen, a washing machine and dryer. Each bedroom has its own private toilet!!!!The suite is completely autonomous, you will not see the owners of the house.
