It’s furnished (no dresser though) with a bed table and tv, if you don’t want anything in the room other then the bed that’s fine I will sell it :) you have to like cats as I have two and they are wonderful but slightly anxious so I am looking for a calm roomie. No frequent parties or partying and coming in super late. I am in my early thirties and a woman :) I am looking for someone clean and weed friendly!
