It’s a beautiful house with one family upstairs big huge studio basement in basement every body is friendly and kind .a nice quiet room furnished with shared bathroom and kitchen with one person .but every one has their own privacy. we are looking for someone clean better be none smoker because we dont allow any smoking inside the house ,the house is located in the best part of Richmond hill close to shopping centers and viva station.

one mother daughter and sone (family) live upstairs third floor as its a big house one one guy who is a nice guy lives in one bedroom of basement the basement is huge and it has 2 other rooms but we need only one another person to live in basement .mother and daughter are nurse very kind ,the gentlemen are both in Construction minding their own business super private.
