About the room
Private basement room in brand new, beautiful home. Your room has a queen sized bed, pillows, linens, a bedside tables, TV, both light filtering and blackout shades. 9 foot ceilings in basement and lots of light. You are welcome to use the gym equipment as well if you wish. Basement bathroom is 90% private. Only used occasionally by others Home also has a security system, water softener and air conditioning. Great location close to parks, Killarney recreation centre and pool, restaurants, cafes. 10 minute Uber to 17th ave and Stampede grounds or easy to take c-train or bus to 17th ave or downtown. 10 minute drive to chinook centre as well.
About the roomies
Usually two of us coming and going at the house (adult family). I have a home office. We have a dog. Looking for a professional, tidy, and trustworthy, easy going roomie that is respectful of my new home and being in the same house as homeowner and the things that go along with that. Length of stay is negotiable. Street parking if needed.
