Accepting Applications for Male Roommate for Immediate Occupancy. Two secondary bedrooms available in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse in Brighton Towns on Delainey on NE side of Saskatoon. There will be three adults sharing the unit. Looking for long term renter interested in a year or possibly longer term. If you’re interested, contact me to start the conversation. I put in long hours at work so likely won’t reply until evening.

• $1200 month with all utilities and high speed internet included
• No damage deposit required when application is approved (solid references, confirmed income, etc.)
• Application will be processed by property management company. Room is available once application is approved. Move-in at any time at prorated cost.
• Must be willing to sign roommate agreement, sign terms of lease, and have name on SaskPower and SaskEnergy accounts.
• Second-floor balcony
• Air conditioning
• Washer//Dryer on upper floor
• Street parking
• Just need furniture for your bedroom. Everything else already set-up.
• No pets at this time.
