Hello everyone!

My roommate and I are looking for a female roommate to join us in our beautiful Vanier apartment. Move-in date is ASAP, and rent is $900, utilities included (heat, water, hydro, internet).

About the Space:

• Accessibility: Not suitable for wheelchair users (second floor, no elevator).
• Amenities: Laundry machines, balcony, spacious kitchen with dishwasher, and a living room with a TV.
• Room: Cozy and on the smaller side.
• Shared Facilities: 1 bathroom (with tub and bidet), and central air conditioning (though it can get hot in the summer).

What We’re Looking For:

• No indoor smoking or dogs.
• Preferred Roommate: A woman over 25 or at a similar life stage/maturity level and a working professional (no very young adults just moving out of their parents’ home, no parents living with children, etc.).
• Household Etiquette: Share household chores, keep common spaces tidy, and respect others’ possessions.
• Furniture: The house is furnished aside from the available room, so please be respectful of our belongings.
• Guests: Friends visiting are fine with prior household agreement, but we do not welcome crowded or noisy parties.
• Friendly Terms: We aim to be on friendly terms with our housemates and are open to negotiating shared bills, chores, errands, food, and living spaces.
