The room is unfurnished, and there is also a den that is empty. Beautifully renovated with lots of storage and space. Located in the Duggan neighbourhood, its smack in the middle of south Edmonton close to the Henday, 111th and Whitemud. Utilites include internet, water, heat, garbage etc. Ranging between 80-100 $ a month. Rent includes renters insurance.
