Pagé Road

Hi, my name is Ray and I am looking for a roommate for my apartment at 2443 Pagé rd in Orléans/Ottawa Ontario. Rent would be 800$ per month and this includes utilities as well as wifi. I will be adding more recent pictures soon since some of them were taking before some renovations.

I’ve made lots of work around the house, changed all the outlets, light switches and door handles. Painted the walls, ceiling and doors in the living room, entrance and all 3 rooms. Also, all the appliances, furniture, etc… that I already have will be shared. Here’s a list and quick description of the rooms.

• Kitchen (largest room): Fridge, microwave, keurig, air fryer, oven, toaster, dishwasher, sink, medium sized dining table, more then plenty of cabinets for 2 people and lots of extra space.

• Living room (second largest room): Large L couch, medium sized tv with chromecast, Xbox, Wii, lamps, 2 small tables and Tv stand.

• Entrance: Key holder with large mirror, 2 large wardrobe and plenty of extra space.

• Storage room/guest room (same size as both bedrooms).

• Available room: 1 Window and large walk in closet.

• Front yard: Medium sized, all types of garbage bins and room for 2 cars (mine and roommate’s).

• Back yard: Extra large, lots of fire wood, 6 chairs and lawn mower.

• Bathroom: Long and narrow, sink with long countertop, more then enough cabinets, shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer.

Also quick side note, the deposit is to be discussed. Not really looking for something in particular.

• Little bit about me: I’m turning 22 this year and looking for a roommate some what close in age. Graduated Garneau highschool in 2020 and College at La Cité in 2022. My first apartment was in Gatineau where I lived for 2 years with roommate but this year (2024) i’ve decided to find a place back home in Orléans to be closer to friends and family. I currently work for the government full time and play hockey once a week. First language is French but I am perfectly bilingual.
