Shiamala's room

Our home is situated in the prime neighbourhood, close to highway and offering easy access to the best attractions the area has to offer.

This is a two-storey detached house with 4-bedroom has NO REAR NEIGHBOURS, BACKS GREEN SPACE AND WALKING TRAILS. 10 to 15-minute drive takes you to the breathtaking FALLS.

Restaurants, major grocery stores such as Walmart, Costco, Metro and more are just minutes away.

There are three (3) rooms available for rental, all located on the upper floor, first room a spacious master room priced at ****$1,500.00 (this master bedroom is now rented) with 5-piece ensuite, second room $1,400 (queen bed) and third room $1,300 (double bed) with a shared washroom (jack and jill washroom). All rooms are furnished with beds and mattresses, study tables, and smart TVs.

The basement and garage are unfinished, used for storage and are inaccessible for guest(s).

The owner lives away but returns on weekends or as and when there is a need for short stays.

We are looking at maximum of 3-4 people to be renting the rooms. Prefer working professionals.
