We all met as roommates, and we try to stay close with roommate nights every month or two and checking in on each other when we pass by in our busy lives. At the end of the day we all do our OWN THING on a day to day basis. FEMALES ONLY!! We are ages between 22 and 32 years old. WHERE? Closest intersection is Eglinton and Hurontario WHAT? A private room upstairs. 2 washrooms shared between 3. 4th has her own. The 3 girls share 2 toilets, 2 sinks, 1 shower. Backyard and Garage included. Parking not included but street parking available. Willing to share my spot somehow if you are the PERFECT CATCH lol. Depends on my options to be fully honest (prefer non driver). We are RIGHT off the 35 on Eglinton. 30 second walk. WHEN? JUNE 30th earliest move in. Rent the 27th of every month. Or stick to JULY 1ST for move in w.e you prefer. I will collect 1st and last by JUNE 27th. HOW? Call me. Arrange a meet/ viewing. First and last required. Open to long term rentals.

Bills not included in rent, Bills will be 100 each aprox per month. Included in bills: Water bill, Internet, Hydro, Gas, and House insurance.
