Spacious one bedroom with ensuite and washer and dry out side of the room. Beautiful neighbourhood in the up and coming area of Milton. Plenty of transportation in the area near by shopping malls and parks. Library and go station 5 minutes up the road

About the roomies

1 female roomate, that is also the owner of the home. Cleanliness is the highest priority and will not tolerate untidy house guests that do not know how to communicate. As the owner of the home you may not see me very often as I do have another property to stay at although my mortgage has increased quite a bit since I first purchased the home so I am looking for assistance
