About the room
I will be taking over my co-worker’s lease in September. All the furniture shown in the photos belong to her. I plan to re-furnish this place, so you will only need to bring your bed. You are welcome to bring your own furnitures for the living room as well! Master room will be $775 including utilities and Internet; the smaller room will be $750. This condo is on the first level of a Townhouse; second level has a separate entrance. Big space, lots of sunshine. Electric range, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, off street parking. A bus stop is just 3 minutes away. No smoke inside. No pets. No parties.
