About the room
STUDENTS PREFERRED
Hey there we have a large private room available. The place is right next to union station (5 minutes walk) and near Waterfront and george brown college.
Our roommate is leaving for his hometown and the place will be available starting this August 1st. We’re going to be 2 close friends, we are also very tidy and organized when it comes to our kitchen and we’re looking for someone who we can get along with!
The apartment is fully furnished, Ideal for chill students.

About the roomies
We’re two best friends living here, and our close friend (ex-roommate) just left the city for his hometown. So, we have his spot and my den spot (basically whichever we can rent out first) open. We are also very tidy and organized when it comes to our kitchen, and we’re looking for someone we can get along with!
