Rachel's room

Hi we are looking for a new roommate to have the master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk in closet for $875 + shared utilities (split between 4 people) for a 6 month lease until Feb 1. Move in date is Aug 1-5th depending on when the previous renter can move out. We live in a large bungalow located in Royal Oak with easy access to Stoney trail and close amenities. It’s a 15 minute drive to the university of Calgary or 30 minute commute by transit. It’s a 6 minute walk to the bus stop and 5 minute bus ride to the Tuscany c-train station. Your room will be unfurnished. There is a spot in the garage available for an extra $50/month. There is free street parking available. The house has 2 living room areas, a den/office, and large kitchen + dining area. The house recently got a fresh coat of paint, new carpet in the living room, and a new fridge. No pets and non-smokers.

We are 3 females in our mid-late 20’s. Myself (Rachel) and Naomi are registered nurses who work shift work and we are looking for someone who will respect our sleeping schedule when we work our early mornings or night shifts. Laura works at the university of Calgary and works Monday to Friday. We are also very clean and tidy people, we have a list of chores that we split up and must be done every week. When we all have a day off we love going on walks around the city or hiking in the mountains or having a game or movie night.

We are looking for someone who is preferably female (open to males if they’re respectful and clean) in their twenties, and who we can get along with and be friends!
