Hi I am looking for a new roommate to have the master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk in closet for $900 + shared utilities. Lease is flexible, possibly for 4 months or longer and depends on how we get along. The house is a large bungalow located in Royal Oak with easy access to Stoney trail and close amenities. It’s a 15 minute drive to the university of Calgary or 30 minute commute by transit. It’s a 6 minute walk to the bus stop and 5 minute bus ride to the Tuscany c-train station. Your room will be unfurnished but can be furnished if requested for an extra $50/month. There is free street parking available. The house has a beautiful open living room, a den/office, and large kitchen + dining area. It’s right next to a green space. The house recently got a fresh coat of paint, new carpet in the living room, and a new fridge. No pets and non-smokers. The basement suite is rented separately.

My name is Rachel, I’m 26 years old and I’m a registered nurse. I do shift work and I am looking for someone who will respect my sleeping schedule when I’m working early mornings or sleeping during the day. I do 2 weeks of day shifts (7am-3pm) and 2 weeks of nights (11pm-7am). I like to keep the house clean and tidy and there will be shared chores. I’ve lived with roommates before.
