5 bed + 3 bath (one ensuite) house in a prime location! Less than a 5 min walk to both the Laurier campus and uptown Waterloo. Front unit of a two unit house (shared front porch and yard but we are friends with the back unit tenants).

We are 4 girls all going to school in Waterloo. We all have a solid school/life balance, and do enjoy to go out on the weekends. We are all tidy individuals and prefer to keep the house in check. There is one very friendly cat in the house, but all of her items are kept in one of our bedrooms rather than spread around the house.
