Super bright and cute spacious room with window seat and large closet, furnished or unfurnished, in large executive home south end of Guelph. Short walk to bus stop, 7-9 min from school by bus. Shared bathroom (with two other students), kitchen (but you will have your own min-fridge in room), and laundry. Bills and internet included. May be no parking from Nov. 31-April. There are two living rooms in this home (one is a fitness room but can be converted back). .

To share with three other quiet but super laid back students (two in grad school). Grad., International, or co-op students preferred.
