Dundas Street East

I am renting out the den in a 1+1, 1150 a month plus about $50 utilities. This room is well sized for a den with sliding doors but the front closet would be available for your other storage needs. There is a shared bathroom, dishwasher, stovetop + oven, in unit laundry, gym available, and outdoor patio. The area is fairly safe, about a 10 minute walk to GBC St.James, TMU, and Dundas station. Unfortunately the futon and chair are not mine so we would need to find something else for seating in that space.

Hi I am a third year student at George Brownin interpreting, I am looking for another student to sign on for a year starting August 16th! I am on the George Brown Volleyball team and will likely have a fairly full schedule. Ideally someone who would be interested in forming a good roommate relationship, likes to have fun, is reasonably clean and respectful of the shared spaces. The room would be unfurnished however I would discuss selling the collux’s that the bed currently sits on as it makes for easy extra storage under the bed.
