Dundas Street East

I am renting out the den in a 1+1, 1150 a month plus about $50 utilities a month. This room is well sized for a den with sliding doors but the front closet would be available for your other storage needs. If not having a window is a concern, we could arrange to use the current living room with a privacy screen as a second bed room and change the den into a shared living room space. There is a shared bathroom, dishwasher, stovetop + oven, in unit laundry, gym included, work space in building, and outdoor patio. The area is about a 10 minute walk to GBC St.James, TMU, and Dundas station. The room would be unfurnished apart from a bed my current roommate is looking to sell along with the room. The pictures provided are from my time in the space the previous year.

Hi!! I am a 20 year old third year student at George Brown in interpreting, I am looking for another person to sublet for the summer beginning April 17th until August 16th with potential to extend for another year following! I am on the George Brown Volleyball team and work part time at a restaurant down here, so I am not home 247. Ideally looking for someone who would be interested in forming a good roommate relationship where we can create a safe space for communication, likes to have fun, is reasonably clean and is respectful of the shared spaces. I value good communication and welcome discussions about our space and what to do with it. :)
