About the room
Hey everyone I have a ROOM in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo for rent starting June 24 or July 1st. Short term, possibly long if we connect! You’ll be sharing it with myself, my rescue dog Roshi and my cat, Gibbs.
The building is a 4 min walk from Lougheed Skytrain station. I commute downtown every day, and it’s a 40 min breeze!
You’ll have free access to the amenities building which includes a commercial-sized gym, yoga studio, outdoor bbq lounge area, pool tables, foosball, ping pong room, and more! (Internet included, and hydro split every two months)
About the roomies
I’m a Fitness & Wellness Consultant & Personal Trainer/movement enthusiast so I love anything active, and outdoors, and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. I’m also a singer/songwriter, and the creative industry is my jam, so I’d love to have someone whom I can connect with in any of these areas. Looking forward to meeting you!
PS: There is a bit of wiggle room with the rent prices FOR THE RIGHT PERSON :)
