The building has an indoor swimming pool, gym, tennis court, and 24-hour on-site security. One underground parking space is also included in the rent. The room is spacious and bright and can be furnished (dressers and a queen bed) or unfurnished. The common spaces in the apartment are furnished. The apartment also has in-unit laundry and a nice shared bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combo.

Hi, my name is Kennedi! I am a third-year UTM student seeking a friendly and respectful female roommate. I have a very affectionate kitten, Lavender, who lives in the apartment with me, so I am looking for a roommate who is okay with an animal :). I am very clean and organized and consider myself friendly, respectful, and compassionate. I don’t smoke or party and am looking for a roommate who does not smoke and is not a frequent partier. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing at home, watching movies, reading a good book, or doing a puzzle. I am also a music and animal lover!
