Hello everyone, I’m looking for a FEMALE roommate. I would like someone with whom to share a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment downtown, Winnipeg. The apartment is fairly new, and perfect! ( we can pick a date for a viewing). The new lease begins on September 1,2025. And the rent is CAD1800(900 each) which includes everything. There’s also an underground parking spot available in the apartment building. It’s also really accessible for persons who use the bus.

Personality: Neat, Student, Not married, between the age of 20-24, LBTQ+ friendly, does not smoke inside, very neat and organized, no loud music / parties. I do not mind small pets although I’m scared of dogs. I would appreciate someone who is attentive to their pets.

Ideally, I’d like someone who’s in school and studies a lot (like me) so that the house is mostly quiet. I believe that communicating is very important so I would never invalidate your feelings thus you can bring anything up to me no matter how tiny of an issue it is. Basically a respectful adult.
