Heyyy everyone, I’m looking for a FEMALE roommate. I would like someone with whom to share a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment downtown, Winnipeg. The apartment is fairly new, and perfect! ( we can pick a date for a viewing). The new lease begins on September 1,2024. And the rent is CAD1800( 900 each) which includes everything. There’s also an underground parking spot available in the apartment building. It’s also really accessible for persons who use the bus.

Personality: Neat, Student, Not married, between the age of 18-22, does not smoke inside, very neat and organized, no loud music / parties. Basically a respectful adult. I’d like someone who’s similar to me with respect to shared spaces, so if this doesn’t work for you, it’s okay.
