2 Bedroom house in the centre of the city. Start of downtown and close to both the stampede grounds and 17th ave. Backs onto the Elbow River and an off-leash dog park.
2nd bedroom has a gas fireplace in it. Wardrobe Closet. Dedicated (but not private) washroom.
Large backyard with 2 firepits, Hot Tub, and full outdoor dining area. Upstairs patio with views of downtown. Sitting room, Living room, Dining room, Laundry is in the basement.
All Utilities included. Cable and Internet Included. Free street parking available. Dog friendly (if they get along with my dog). I am allergic to most cats. Flexible on lease length.
About the roomies
I occupy the other bedroom. Friendly and respectful professional. I enjoy the mountains, lakes and exploring the city. Avid sports fan. I have a dog, but he is extremely friendly and well behaved.
