I live in the best part of London ON. Steps away from sheltered bus stations, Shoppers Drug Mart, Food basics(LCBO) Tim Horton, Starbucks, Westmount shopping Mall, Dollaramma, Movie Theater, Fit 4Less, Kelsey’s and many more restaurants. You don’t need a vehicle at all. Spring Bank Park is a 10 min walk. 1 bus takes you to Western University/Masonville Mall or 12 min car ride. Room is clean and bright. New kitchen and bathroom. Cozy living space. I keep my place clean. 15 stairs up to my door. No elevators.

I am 53 yrs old female. I am easy to talk to, like to kid around and laugh.. love company, good fun conversations. I am good soul with free spirt. I have a little dog name Ginger she is 14 and she is about 15lbs. She is quiet and sweet. I do not want any partying or lots of visitors in my home. Just looking to rent out my spare room to a mature female to help with cheaper living and to be easy-going and friendly. Non smoker. No cats, sorry.
