Shared laundry room, shower, kitchen and living room. WiFi included. No pets. Short term rent (6 to 12 month). Quiet time from 10:00 pm. This room is not suitable for someone who stays home most of the day, as I work from home. Note : You will have to have your own tenant insurance as required by my insurance company.
