Looking for a roommate to share a townhome with for Aug 1st. I have a 15 yr old daughter every other week. It would be a shared kitchen, basement and back yard and you would have your own bathroom. I work full time downtown. I spend a lot of time hiking and being outdoors. No drugs and prefer a non smoker. Just want a happy household and no drama. Friends welcome but not a situation where there is a boyfriend/girlfriend pretty much living there. Easy going and open communication is key.
About the roomies
I work at one of the hospitals in the city. My daughter is in grade 11 next year. I am pretty active and love to cook. Not looking for a bestie but a mutually respectful environment.
