Hello, we are renting an apartment at Plaza Apartments near UofC Campus. 2 min walk to the bus stops which take you directly to foothills hospital and downtown.

We are looking for a responsible, kind, female professional or student to share this apartment with.

About the room:

1. Move in as early as August 1!
2. Preferably long term (12 months).
3. Pay stubs required for landlord.
4. Master bedroom and unfurnished, and you will have your own bathroom and walk in closet
5. Apartment complex is beautiful and is a new build.
6. There is a 2 floor gym, co-working space, Walmart next door, and Starbucks across the street. You will have access to all these amenities.
7. The main living room has lots of natural light, feel free to set up your desk here if you so wish.
