Heyo! Looking for a like minded individual a similar age to share my place with me (and my very affectionate cat). It’s a two bedroom two bathroom so the second washroom is mostly yours. There’s a large balcony with amazing views of downtown, pool and workout facility, and a bus stop literally right outside the door. Street parking available and possibility of parkade for additional cost. Room has a large closet and desk available if interested (if not I can also pack it away). Storage within the condo is more limited if you have a lot of items and main area already fully furnished.

Hiiii! I’m a 31 year old female who has enjoyed living in this space for over 3 years now. I enjoy a balance of socializing with roomies and alone time. I’m big into crafting in the winter and time outside in the summer. The dining room area is where I do most crafting and if interested you’re more then welcome to join in! I also enjoy a good cocktail night and Harry Potter movie marathons.
